Cleaning Services

  • We guarantee the quality of our cleaning service
  • Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided by us
  • If you are unsatisfied with the serivce, it must be reported within 24 hours
  • We will confirm your cleaning appointment 24 hours prior
  • The service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed with the customer at time of booking
  • If the customer requires any additional services at the time the service is being performed, the Customer must first contact Krystal Housekeeping by telephone
  • All feedback or comments must be addressed by phone or by email
  • If you are not satisfied with the cleaner we will find replacement for your next scheduled service


  • All rates are quoted per cleaner per hour
  • Minimum  requirement of 4 hours of service
  • The actual price payable by the customer is calculated on the total number of hours worked by the cleaner
  • Any price quoted by Krystal Housekeeping is an estimate only based on our experience, without inspection, and based on information provided by the customer
  • In order to get a correct quote customer must provide details about the house, such as: sq footage, number bedrooms and washroom

Payment terms

  • We accept cash or cheque
  • Payment is collected by our staff at the time of service
  • Client is responsible for all bank fees and charges due to NSF cheque
  • If payment is not made on time, a fee of 50$ will be collected with next payment
  • Invoices are provided on request

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • 48 hour notice is required to cancel or change appointment
  • Cancellation fee of 50$ will charged if notice is received less then 48 hours prior
  • If cleaner is not able enter due to client not being present  in house or office 75$ fee will charged with next payment

General Rules

  • Please secure your pets before our cleaners arrive
  • Please provide our staff with access to property
  • Please make sure your alarm is turned off
  • Do not leave any fragile items in unsecure places
  • Please do not leave childrent unattended
  • If additional services are required, please notify us 24 hours in advance

Insurance and contract

  • All staff are covered with public liability insurance to protect home or office from accidental damage
  • All staff work under contract with Krystal Housekeeping Services
  • Every cleaner is professionally trained by us
